Well, you feel exhausted at work or cleaning the house over the weekend. You feel you just need the sugar rush, something to pamper yourself for a good job done at the end of the day, sit and relax. What do you do? Go find some cakes of course.. What else better than having some cakes listening to the sound of waves? Look at the cakes. Doesn't it cheer you up? I don't know about you but it sure does for me. Call me Cake monster or what... Baked fresh daily, they are sold at RM12++/slice from 11am to 9pm. Add a cup of hot tea or coffee for a total of RM18++ for dine in only. Happy hours? Half price for cakes from 6pm onwards. Pavlova.. One of my favourites especially when they are topped generously with strawberries... Lemon meringue. Chef's specialty. I like the lemon custard filling. Another must try Hazelnut cream puffs..  The penang Heritage food trail brought me to this hidden place.. I didn't really know this place exists till that very day.. For me this cafe is unique in the sense that not only does it lies in the heritage zone of Penang and occupying one of the old pre war buildings but somehow you have the new sense of feeling that this is a modern outlet.  This cafe located at 5, Union Street would remain hidden from the main road but you could google map them out.  Here we have Aerilynn interviewing the 3 of the 4 owners who are there with us that day.  We have the Penang Heritage food trail project banner and well you would be surprised at the concept of this store..
