Idealite Gurney Plaza: A whole new meaning to healthy eating

Bak Kut Teh with rice @RM13.7.. Frankly speaking the best non meat one I ever had. Highly recommended

Wanting to eat healthy like something above but too lazy to cook? What if I tell you there's this little gem in Penang that serves non meat(but serves egg) dishes which are much more nutritious and tasty than you could ever think of?

Newly opened in the Gurney area, right inside Gurney Plaza is this one of a kind restaurant that serves really delicious healthy food.

Hokkaido Vege Sushi @RM9.7. Vegetable roll wrapped in seaweed and rice skin.

Japanese Hericium Salad @RM17.7 for the ladies with a light stomach. In case you decide that you want to be healthier in a healthy shop, this is something to go for.

Japanese Golden Dumpling @RM10.7 Crispy and crunchy on the outside, hot and delicious on the inside

Provence Tempura Mushroom @RM10.7 One of the must try vegetable nuggets.. Don't let the looks deceive you.

Nyonya Rendang Hericium Chee Cheong Fun @RM13.7 Another of their must try. Chee Cheong Fun without the chemical smell and taste(non benzoic acid) and absorbed the Nyonya Rendang is something to die for.

Black Pepper Eryngii Mushroom Meal @RM13.7 is the closest thing you will get to black pepper chicken here. Coupled with papaya, brown rice, corn soup and salad, this is a complete healthy meal and not to mention the delicious mushrooms too.

Royal Sweet & Sour Hericium Meal  @RM18.7  taste like those sweet and sour meat with rice but in this case more delicious and healthy.

Signature Nasi Lemak @RM15.7 proves that even without the coconut milk, it could still taste as good with Fried seaweed as an anchovy replacement and cashew nuts for peanuts. Top that with tofu with egg and combination of potatoes and sweet potatoes.

Signature Hakka Lei Cha @RM14.70 for someone who has heard so much about Lei Cha and how it didn't suit their tastebuds, I think this is more than acceptable. In fact it was quite delicious if you ask me. I would recommend that people give it a chance and try this actually.. No regrets in me.

Thai Style Spaghetti @RM16.70

Green Curry Ramen @RM13.70 both made from organic flour and pumpkin, the noodles are much healthier than your normal household spagetti/ramen. Add that with green curry, perfect hot soupy meal for a rainy cold day.

Hokkaido Miso Ramen @RM15.70

Sesame Sauce Chee Cheong Fun @RM5.70/ Idealite Chee Cheong Fun @RM4.70 Non benzoic acid chee cheong fun for the win.. Cheap, good and filling for the tummy for those who are on a tight budget

Sesame Bun @RM5.70 with hot warm liquid black sesame that flows in your mouth filling it with sesame and a buttery taste. Something to remember
Fu-Wa & Fong-Yi @RM6.70 the lotus filled panda bears... oops I mean panda buns... Kids would love them.

Pumpkin Piglet Bun @RM6.70 Piggy buns... Even the kid at the next table is screaming that he wants one when I am having mine.. Made from wholemeal dough, these are some cute little buns..

I am curious: Why is vegetarian/vegan food usually more expensive than non-vegetarian/vegan food? :-)

Organic ma.. And it takes more effort to make it taste like it has meat.. Mix and match the ingredients.
