Ever had this situation where you wanted a fine dining experience but your wallet is drying up like the dams in certain months? Yet you still want to give the best to your special ones but if possible pay a fraction of the price? Introducing affordable fine dining with an ambient environment in Marco Creative Cuisine.

Comfortable and classy table arrangement sure you impress your loved ones.

Dine with the live swimming jelly fishes. I could really spend hours watching them swim as it has that calming effect while waiting for the food to arrive.

Here's a video of the Jellyfishes

Palate Cleanser

Diners first gets an icy palate cleanser which tingles the tongue and refreshes you up to prepare you for the first dish.

Appetiser

Bite size Green Chile Pesto and Tomato Confit appetizer to tease your stomach to wanting more

Soup

Then comes the belly warmer aka soup as some say the right soup warms the tummy. Diners are given 3 choices here where we have the Truffled mushroom soup which is thick and warm.

Or one could choose the Strawberry Gaspacho which is a cold soup but yet creamy and full of strawberry flavour. Definitely one of the must try if you could take cold soups.

When we talk about french onion soup, one would think of the watery barely able to spoon even some onions from the soup but in this case it's thick and full of flavors and of course caramelized onions served with crispy on the outside french toasts

Entree

For the entree, a person like me who ain't quite fond of liver gave this a try and it's surprisingly good. Served with toasted bread and in house dried apple chips, I just applied a thin layer of chicken liver on the bread topped with a chip. The sweet taste of the apple chip sandwiching the liver with the toasted bread is all one's tongue could ask for.

Salad topped with lightly salted ice cream. Every spoon of the ice cream makes me wanting more of it.

Mains

If you are a fan of fish, this is the dish for you. Atlantic salmon cooked to perfection where the skin is crispy above a thin later of fish oil and the meat cooked just nice.

My personal favorite of all the mains. Duck breast pan seared to perfection. Crispy skin cut to release hot steam from the juicy warm meat. Many has tried mixing duck with orange yet failed. This is one of the few which succeed.

Japanese rice cooked with squid ink served with prawns, omelette and baby squid. Definitely another creative and delicious creation of the chef.

For the light and health conscious eaters, this is definitely recommended. Juicy chicken thighs cooked with a hearty helping of greens.

I could eat these all day long if given the chance.

Desserts

A spoon of creme brulee topped with a little ice cold White chocolate sherbet is like yin and yang in your mouth. Hot yet cold, warm yet sweet. The egg custard is just nice like the fillings of egg tarts minus the pastry.

Rasberry Cheesecake with ice cream. Need I say more? Can I get another of this please? Pretty pretty please? =)

Deconstructed Lemon Meringue Pie, Italian Meringue with a touch of lemon and passion fruit paired with White Chocolate Sherbet.

Drinks

One gets to choose between the Single origin, french pressed coffee or loose leaves tea which are served in the pot or for those who prefers a cold drink could choose the Sparkling Iced Berry. No points for guessing what I chose.
